4th of July

Dear Salesian Families,

Thank you to the wonderful group of parents who took their children out to join the Fourth of July Watsonville parade! Everyone I asked said it was such a great experience for them and their children. This is what we are all about, showing our Salesian pride around the greater community. Thank you to Christina Pasillas who took the time to organize the details of such a fun family event

There was so much enthusiasm as we Sisters finished our annual Spiritual Retreat here on our campus. This was the first time in many years that our Provincial, Sr. Rosann took the initiative to bring back a great tradition of hosting one of our annual retreats up here in Corralitos. As soon as the retreat was over, we had a hard-working group of parents helping to turn Salesian into our beautiful summer ministry of Camp Auxilium. Thank you to Mr. Jose Rocha, Mr. and Mrs. Frank Gonzalez and Mrs. Paula Jimenez and Mrs. Randa Hadayia. They all were so committed and enthusiastic in helping us prepare for our campers to come. Thank you for sharing your Salesian pride!

What a joy to see so many people around taking their time and energy to create this beautiful spirit of a true Salesian! This is Don Bosco’s legacy for us to use our God given-talents to reach out and serve others as he did during his lifetime.
