Happy Summer

Dear Salesian Families,

Happy Summer! I hope you are enjoying your family time together. Let me share some of what has been going on at Salesian while you’ve been away. We have acquired two new family members, namely, Coco and Cookie, two puppies that came as a gift to Salesian! I can’t wait to have you meet them.

Our covered walkways are all being repaired around campus. So, come the rainy season we will be kept nice and dry under these beautiful white walkway covers!

Inside our classrooms, we have been replacing our Smartboards with large flat screen TVs. This will give our teachers the ability to continue heightening their creativity in their lesson presentations.

We are excited to be piloting a new English Language Arts program for our Primary Grade Cluster. This program called, Benchmark Advanced not only has a standard-based assessment but also has a digital component to help reinforce unit topics. Our teachers are eager to implement this program with our students.

We will be sending important calendar dates and we look forward to seeing our returning and new incoming families at our Luau on August 13th!

Let us keep each other in prayer as our families travel to visit friends and relatives and on to their family vacation. Keep Jesus at the center of every day and you will see the many blessings that will come your way.
