We did it! Congratulations to all! The kids made it into school all looking adorable and very excited to be together. The “Open Carpool” pick-up line was a long process today that got the best of a few waiting in the sun. Know that the carpooling line will be at least half that long with two or three families per car. They did a great job and were very brave.

There was a lot of action today. Make sure to ask your child about going to assembly, making a handprint jellyfish, our Bible story that God created the Earth, their Jesus fish necklace and a special treat at recess to celebrate the birthday of Don Bosco! Viva Don Bosco!

We gather again tomorrow (Tuesday) for a half day and then Wednesday will be our first full day including our nap! If you have not already purchased a school nap mat, please send in $35 and we will give them out on Wednesday. They will come home on Friday to be cleaned and returned Monday for our 2nd week of school.

The kids will not dress for PE until next week, so no need to worry about PE uniforms just yet.

For now, we will be keeping all snacks and lunches in our lunch boxes. Please make sure your child has their water bottle because there are no fountains at the school, only refill stations.
