Hello Families,

I’m looking for a room parent or room parents for our class. It’s a great opportunity to serve our school and to meet families new to Salesian! Please email me, as soon as possible, if you’re able to be a room parent.

As soon as I have all of your email addresses I’ll send you the signup to volunteer to help with swim lessons, 8:50-9:40, beginning on Wed., Sept. 15. Eight adults are needed, in the pool, for each class.

You can expect last week’s work to be sent home in your child’s homework folder on Tuesday. It’s very important that you and your child review their work together. Please let them explain what they did and what they learned.  I collect the Daily Reading Log on Fridays, and I give points for each day it’s filled out, Monday - Thursday.  20 minutes or more is the reading requirement. Reading improves with lots of practice!

I look forward to seeing you at Back to School Night this Wednesday!
