Thank you for attending Back to School Night and completing the Parent Questionnaire! Also, I'm grateful to you for the clear images of your child's work!

On Wednesday, we'll begin the Energy and Matter unit in science. There are three investigations in the science book (from the first two lessons) that I'd like to suggest your child does at home. Two of the investigations require the students to make a data table and/or a line graph. The investigations are on pp. 54-55, p. 61, and p. 66-67. The students can write their results in their composition book or on binder paper. The investigations require very few materials and can be done any days this week or next weekend. The students are welcome to use Seesaw to video and record anything they'd like to share about the investigations. I hope your child will have fun doing any or all of the investigations but they are all optional.
