Dear Fourth Grade Parents,
I pray you enjoy your summer vacation. I look forward to seeing all of you next year. Please click on the summer homework and supply list for fourth grade, so that you are prepared for the new school year of 2024-2025! Remember God gives us 168 hours in a week and asks us for only one on Sunday. Go to Mass every Sunday and visit Him.

Religion: Today is Good Shepherd Sunday. May Jesus always be our Shepherd leading us on our daily routines with all its ups and downs, in this time of uncerternity.

We will be studying the second part of the Nicene Creed that refers to Jesus, the Only Begotten Son of God...

Reading: This week's story is a Realistic Fiction story. The main character who is Renaldo is visually impaired and needs a special kind of calculator for the blind. He decides to start a business so he can buy a calculator. He enlist the help of a friend, Jinx, and together they will make and sell cards for people who have stepfamilies. This amusing story follows two friends as they discover all that entails to start and run a business.

Vocabulary: We will be studying Unit 15: The Last of Pompeii and do a Google Search on Pompeii.

Grammar: We will be studying parts of a Friendly and Business Letter.
