Homework for the Week of March 14 - 17

Monday:

Math: Workbook p. 167. Ask a parent to check your answers.

Vocabulary/Reading: Read p. 96 in your Vocabulary Workbook to a parent. Then answer the questions on p. 96 - 97.

Spelling: Write each word neatly and accurately five times.

Read for at least 20 minutes and fill out your Reading Log.

Review your work in your Homework Folder with a parent.

Tuesday:

Math:  Worksheets p. 101 - 102. Use a ruler to draw neat bars. Shade or color each bar. Ask a parent to check your work.

Vocabulary/Reading: Read p. 98 - 99 in your Vocabulary Workbook to a parent. Do you know the definitions of the vocabulary words? Vocabulary Test on Unit 10 on Thursday.

Spelling: Write your spelling words in ABC order.

Read for at least 20 minutes and fill out your Reading Log. 

Wednesday:

Math: Practice Test p. 195 - 197.

Vocabulary: Test on Unit 10 Tomorrow on definitions, synonyms, and antonyms - p. 100 - 101. Study with a parent.

Spelling: Test Tomorrow - ask a parent to test you on your words.

Read for at least 20 minutes and fill out your Reading Log. Reading Log Due on Monday.

Thursday:

Today is your lucky day – Happy St. Patrick’s Day to you and your family! There’s no homework except to read for at least 20 minutes. Please read on Friday too and try to read on the weekend. 

Discuss with your parents where your ancestors immigrated to the U.S. from? Mine immigrated to the U.S. from the European countries of Ireland and Scotland.
