Dear Parents,

Before Easter, I encouraged students to do as much of their AR reading as possible because after the holiday, time would be of the essence. Many of the students took advantage of the free time and were able to either meet or surpass their AR goal for this last trimester.

Now, we are already preparing for our final exams. I am giving materials to the students that they are to use for study purposes. We are reviewing the ideas and concepts in class, answering any questions and making necessary clarifications. I don’t need to emphasize how important it is to take the time to study something every night. Please help your child to spend time now and not at the last minute.

As much as possible, I am putting the materials on Google Classroom under the subject tabs so that it is available to the students at any time. However, there is also some information which is run-off and will be worked on in class. It is the responsibility of the student to keep the materials, to take them home and to study.

Reference Materials

For Religion and English

Practice Quizzes or Exercises for most subjects which will be worked on in class and which review the most important concepts of the subject.

Run off Packets

For example, Social Studies is a packet of unit tests from which the students will study the specifically identified questions which will be used on the exam.

Not everything has been given to the children, but I want to make sure that you are aware materials are already available and to give ample time to prepare.
