Dear Parents,

Here are some additional details concerning the following:

A big reminder about the Adopt a Family outreach. We have six families already signed up, but that means we have ten still to come. This is your best weekend to get the gifts you’d like to donate. You all should have received the shared Google sheet with the information yesterday. Gifts are due December 8th!

12/20 Christmas Parties. There is no hot lunch on this day. Mrs. Findrick (our room parent) will be contacting you to help with some light lunch items and treats for the children. Students may wear Red and Green free dress with Christmas accessories on the 20th.

12/21 Since the children will be at St. Francis, we will need volunteers to arrange a snack to be brought in for the whole class. Cheese & crackers, cuties and small water bottles. Please no sugary treats. Could I ask for a volunteer to arrange this?

Reminders once more for the practice: Students are to be dropped off at St. Francis High School between 7:40 -7:50 AM. Practice is from 8 to Noon. Prompt pick up at noon please. All students will wear the PE uniform for practice and return for the performance at 6:30 PM. Show begins at 7 sharp!

Attire for the program for grades 1-7 is:

black shoes and pants and an “Ugly” Christmas Sweater. Primary background colors are green or read. Please no additional lights, sounds, or automated details on the sweater.
