Final draft of your New Year’s Story Starters due: Wednesday 1/18

Make sure you:

  1. have explained why you evaluated yourself the way you did, on the Short Story Rubric (write this on the back of the rubric paper).

  2. Revise your story directly in the doc (do not copy and paste into a new doc.)

Remember: If you do not include formatting details that we have reviewed many times in class, you will have points deducted from your grade:

  1. double-spaced,

  2. size-12 font

  3. Times New Roman OR Arial

  4. No extra spacing between paragraphs

  5. Correct: capitalization, spelling and punctuation.
