Summer Reading for Second Grade
/Hello second grade families,
I am looking forward to being your teacher for the 2020-2021 school year. While summer is a time for family and play, it is also important to keep learning for a strong start to second grade. This summer I am asking students to pick out and read three books from our second grade summer reading list. You will find the list below. When we return in fall, students will take a quiz on each book that they selected. These stories can be read independently or together as a family. Thank you for encouraging learning at home and I hope that you have a great summer!
Many blessings,
Sr. Jean
