Giving Thanks!

Hello Dear Families,

Along with Saints and Souls, this month of November is really about “Giving Thanks” in our homes and community. This week our Student Council is kicking off our donations to Second Harvest Food Bank. I seriously encourage you to look at their website. The kids are all to collect non perishable foods and bring in $5. With just $5 the Food Bank can serve 20 simple meals! That really is amazing service and buying power. We will be collecting until December 1st, but I again encourage you to get an item or two each grocery trip or send a dollar each time your family goes for a treat like ice cream. Help the kids to know that others NEED food all of the time and this season is just a good time to remember that ALWAYS NEED.
