Hello Kinder Families!

We are so close to Christmas and some much needed rest but until then there is still so much happening here at school! I will try to keep this brief. The short story is that we will be practicing for our Christmas Program and squeezing in some reading, writing, math and religion. There will be no formal homework until after vacation, but we will continue to send home items for review, redo or absences. It would be very helpful to me to know if you are planning an early vacation.

Please try your very best to keep sick kids at home. I know this is tough but we have already since Thanksgiving had many, many illnesses passing around. When the kids are sick, tired and/or on heavy meds, it is just so hard to progress in our curriculum. If your child is at school, please consider sending them with warm layers, water bottles, super healthy lunches, chapstick, masks and even follow-up meds in the office with Mrs. LoBue. It sure is hard when the meds wear off around noon. We are enjoying our time together but rain and illness have put a stop to some of our progress right now. Here’s to a healthy New Year!

Wed. 12/21 - AM Drop off at St. Francis. Pick-up TBD….around noon. PM Christmas Play at St. Francis.
