Religion: Unit 5, Session 23:

We will continue to study the Commandments. The Church's concern for the welfare of all speaks to the intrinsic value of family. The future of our society and Church is in the hands of the next generation. Children's proper care and upbringing depend on a healthy family life.

Reading: We will begin with our Reader and the story is, "The Golden Spike," which is a fascinating and humorous account of the day of the Transcontinental Railroad was finally completed. By joining the eastern and western United States, the Transcontinental Railroad changed commerce, travel, and technology forever.

Every night a 25 minutes reading is a must.

Vocabulary: Unit 11: This lesson is a Report of the "Blockages Through the Centuries."

Vocabulary Test and Dictation(Spelling) will be on February 12th.

Grammar: We will be studying Pronouns.
