Religion: We are going to learn the Beatitudes, which are a Proclamation, a Recipe, a Promise. It reveals to us how Jesus calls us to live, describes ways that we can live to be happy and build God's Kingdom on Earth. The Beatitudes are the heart of Jesus' Teachings. Seesaw Activity due and memorize the Beatitudes by FRIDAY.
Reading: read 25 minutes every night. AR Test by by FRIDAY is a must. The Story we will read this week is: Striking it Rich: The Story of the California Gold Rush. This story tell of the discovery of gold in a riverbed by James Marshall on January 24th, 1848, and the events of the following two years. After Marshall's discovery, word spread quickly through San Francisco. So many people left in search of gold. Writing: Persuasive Writing. Seesaw Activity
