1st Grade Weekly Updates - Week of February 10th- February 14th
/Hello 1st Grade Families!
February is in full swing, and your child is gearing up for a fun week!
This week we will have Mass on Tuesday in celebration of Our Lady of Lourdes. Throughout the week we will be working on fun Valentine’s Art projects, as well as enjoy our monthly Art Lesson in the studio. On Thursday our class will celebrate Valentine’s Day early. Your child may come to school wearing red/valentine’s colors for $1. Donations will go to a cause that is TBD. We will have a mini-party around 1:45 pm, where kids will be treated to Valentine’s treats and a game! We will also pass out Valentines at this time.
Remember, if you’re making cards for Valentine’s Day please make sure to include everyone in the class. We have 6 boys, and 12 girls. I will include a class list below if needed!
Tuesday - Our Lady of Lourdes mass at 11:00 am! All are welcome.
